Vaccination Records: To protect the health and well-being of all dogs at Scruffy To Fluffy Pet Spa, we must verify proof that your pets Rabies and Distemper vaccines are up to date.

Picking up your pet: Due to limited spacing, we do not have the space to hold pets for extended periods of time. We ask that you pick up your pet within 30 minutes after we contact you unless prior arrangements have been authorized by a staff member.

Close of business late pick up fees: Scruffy To Fluffy Pet Spa closes when our last dog of the day is finished. You are expected to pick up your pet on time unless prior arrangements have been made. We understand that “things happen” and therefore we give you a 5 minute grace period. Any time after that grace period we charge $1.00 per minute you are late.

Late arrivals: If you are late by 15 minutes or more there is a possibility that we will need to cancel your appointment due to time constraints, which will result in a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy: We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of a 24 hour notice when canceling appointments. Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in charge of 50% of the missed appointment.
